What Do I Get That Kid?

I don’t know about you, but we are invited to a birthday party EVERY week.  When you have 3 kids, you wind up spending a lot of time at birthday parties and spending a lot of money on gifts.

I don’t mind buying the gifts to be quite honest.  I just want to get a thoughtful gift that I think the child will actually use.  I mean, one can only have so many Memory games and Legos.

Recently I was asked to review the site www.ebeanstalk.com .  Hello answer to my birthday shopping nightmares!   This site is insane!  It is easy to use and has a LOT of great suggestions.

For instance, if you’re going to a birthday for a 3 year old, you can easily go to their TOYS FOR 3 YEAR OLDS section.  Want to narrow it further?  There is a TOYS FOR 3 YEAR OLD BOYS and TOYS FOR 3 YEAR OLD GIRLS sections too.

As much as I love Walmart and Target I get so frustrated with their suggested toys based on age.  The toys suggested for a 3 year old are the same as an 18 month old.  www.ebeanstalk.com definitely nails it.  They even make suggestions for a child who is 3 1/2 or 3 3/4 years of age.  I also liked that the toys weren’t just “Walmart type” toys, but high quality toys.  Think scientific, creative AND fun toys, as well as your everyday basics.

www.ebeanstalk.com even tells you the top selling toys.  You can narrow it down by age and gender.  It’s not hard to find the TOP SELLING TOYS FOR 3 YEAR OLDS for instance.

My absolute favorite thing about the site was called the Grow and Learn Series.  This would be perfect for anyone (maybe Grandma) looking to buy a birthday present that keeps on giving. ( I say Grandma because the cost of this is not for a friend birthday party).  For one price you get 4 AGE APPROPRIATE gifts sent throughout the year.

You get a new toy every “quarter”.  How cool is that?  We all know how quickly our kids outgrow their toys.  This gift has no choice but to GROW with your child.  I LOVED this!

I can’t begin to tell you all the great things the site has to offer.  You’ll just have to head over to www.ebeanstalk.com yourself to see what they have to offer.

Even though I was asked to review this site, I am happy to give it a positive review.  If I didn’t like the site I would have said so or passed on the opportunity.  The views I’ve expressed are real and my own!

If you have kids or need to buy someone else’s kid a gift, go browse around www.ebeanstalk.com   And remember my kids are 3, 5 and 7 Winking smile  That design your own football looks awfully cool.

Don’t forget to click here to keep me as your TopMommyBlog.  Thanks!
