Weekly Workout Wrap-up 1/27

My weekly workouts wrap ups don't seem to be very popular, but I'm going to keep posting them until it's just my mom and sister reading (are you guys still out there?) and then and maybe then I'll stop.

Monday: CrossFit

12 deadlifts 105 rx (65)
9 hang power cleans 105 rx (65)
6 Push Jerk 105 rx (65)

WOD 2: 5 minute AMRAP
3 Target Burpees
6 SDHP 35 rx!!!!
9 KBS 35 rx!!!
2 Rounds plus 1

Tuesday:  Rest Day

Wednesday:  Skiing with the fam and I think this may be my new favorite form of exercise.  We were there for 7 hours so I put down I skied for 3 hours at a minimal effort and it said I burned 1200 calories.  Yes please!!!



Thursday:  CrossFit and Run



Clean 1 RM 90 lbs
WOD: 15 min AMRAP
15 goblet squats 44 rx (started w 44 but only made it through 10 before I switched to 35)
10 box jumps 20 inch
12 HRPU (hand release push ups)
Got 5 rounds plus 17

Ran 3 miles with Kim.  Kim is training for her first 5k and we do a walk/run 5:1 (run:walk)X3 and then 6:1 (run:walk) X2.  It took a little more to get to 3 miles, so we ran for about 2 minutes more.  Fun!  

Friday:  CrossFit and Run

30 pull ups
30 S2OH 95 rx (45)
50 Front squats 65 rx (45)
30 pull ups
30 S2OH 65 rx (45)

I met my friend Jami to run on the treadmill.  I was supposed to do 4 miles and I struggled to make it to 3.  I called it a day.  Whomp, whomp! 



Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday:  10 Mile Run
