Remember CrossFit Open WOD 14.1? Well the Double Unders I was able to muster were because of this jump rope. You cut it to fit you specifically and it's meant for speed. I will get my DUs (consecutively) with this jump rope.
Panera Offical Training Menu
You had to have seen this one coming right? You know I'm an Official Training Menu Blogger for Panera and the Pittsburgh Marathon right? This week I had to work on Wednesday and I had George bring me a Panera lunch. I tried two things from the Official Training Menu and I loved them both!
|Tuna Salad Sandwich (I ate half: 255 calories 29 grams of protein)|
|Spinach Power Salad (450 calories, 16 grams of protein and 100% of daily iron)|
Well I've had them both before, but that's why I decided to eat them again, because I'm a creature of habit. But I never get the FULL salad or a FULL sandwich and I got both because I really wanted to try to keep myself full. I only get to eat once during my 10 hour shift ya know! So yeah, I only ate half the sandwich and the whole salad, but I stayed full until 7 pm when I got off work. That's 5 hours without eating, which is really and truly a new world record for me. WINNING!
So there you have it-- all the things I'm loving lately.
