Ok so this week's topic is favorite mom moments from last week.  I'll admit, I'm not sure if these are all really last week, but perhaps the past two weeks.

Spending Time with Jack alone.  It's not often that I get to spend time one on one with my kids, so any time I get to spend with each of them alone is a GREAT time.  Even if that time is at the doctor's office.

Reading to Jack's class for his birthday and dedicating the book to the library.  Jack is still at the age where he WANTS to see me at school.  He actually smiles and acts likes he knows me.  His school allows you to come in on the child's birthday and read a book and donate it to the library and the birthday boy got his picture taken for the "Birthday Book Club."  It was a highlight for sure.

Picking out Ella's outfits in the morning.  If Ella's being picky, it can be a worst not a best moment, but when I pick out an outfit on the first try and she says yes it's always great.  I love how much she loves clothes and how she loves to be a little fashionista.  FYI I'd let her pick out her own clothes and wear whatever she wants, but she's so indecisive and NEEDS help.  Anyway... isn't she the cutest?

Watching the end of the summer fireworks with my family from the backyard was definitely a highlight.  Our township puts these fireworks on and they're truly amazing.  Probably the best I've ever seen.

Watching Nicholas master the pistol squat.    Ok his form isn't the greatest, but this is truly a really hard movement and he was able to master it.  It was a proud mom moment!

A Mo Willems book and superhero themed workout gear? That's strangely in my post, too.
